Healthy Smoothie Recipe

Raspberry and raw cacao “green” smoothie - Serves 2
2 cups frozen raspberries
fruit juice (of your choice)
1 handful of any winter green (kale, chard, lettuce, spinach)
1 tsp spirulina
3 Tbsp hemp seeds
2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
3 pitted dates or 15 raisins
1 splash of tart cherry concentrate (opt.)

Put raspberries in a blender and pour enough of your favorite fruit juice over the berries to cover them.  Add the remaining ingredients and blend until creamy, adding more juice if needed. This is an easy way to get another serving of vegetables in your diet.
