Tahini Goddess Dressing

Tahini “Goddess” Dressing

Use a gluten-free tamari soy sauce if you need to keep this tahini dressing gluten-free, and of course it’s vegan, egg-free and dairy-free and delicious!

1/2 cup tahini*
1-2 Tb. apple cider vinegar
2-4 Tb. soy sauce*
2 Tb. lemon juice*
3 cloves garlic*
1/4 cup water (or as needed)
2 Tb. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c cold-pressed vegetable oil* 
Fresh chopped chives (opt.)

Preparation:
Add all the ingredients, except for the oil to a blender or food processor and puree until smooth and creamy. Slowly add oil until well mixed. To get the dressing the right consistency, add your water in increments until it as thick or thin as you like. Enjoy your wonderful homemade goddess dressing!
